Unwind from your week with our Sunday morning Vinyasa Flow class, designed to help you relax and de-stress. This session offers a series of flowing movements and mindful breathing techniques, ideal for winding down after a busy day. Suitable for all levels, including beginners, the class emphasises a harmonious flow of postures that build strength, increase flexibility, and calm the mind.

January Schedule:

  • Week 1 (Jan 12th): Mindfulness and Mental Health
    Begin the year with intention. This session will guide you through grounding practices and calming stretches to reduce stress and boost mental clarity.
  • Week 2 (Jan 19th): Back Mobility and Posture Alignment
    Rejuvenate your spine and improve your posture with targeted movements and stretches, perfect for anyone who spends long hours sitting or driving.
  • Week 3 (Jan 26th): Strength and Stability
    Build full-body strength and balance with yoga poses that target the core, glutes, and upper body while enhancing overall stability.
