Set to the hottest Afrobeats tracks, this beginner-friendly session fuses basic Afrobeat steps with fun, high-impact movement that will sculpt your legs, glutes, waist and core, while boosting your stamina. This high-energy Step Class features Soca steps that you can move too. led by Asmara, focuses on lower-body strength, core, glutes, and legs, with some light arm engagement. Using step boxes for extra glute engagement, you’ll perform dynamic, cardio-packed movements while dancing to Soca and other Caribbean-inspired beats.
